Package upgrade will entitle for the promotion above as well. For example, you bought a Health Screening package – Gold A, and 3 of your package members have undertaken the Health screening service under the “Buy 2 free 1 promotion”. Now, you upgrade your package to Gold D, you make payment for another 3 package members, you will get 4 free screening service.
配套升等也可享有以上優惠。例如，之前你已買了金A健檢配套，并有其中三人完成健檢（排二送一）。當你升等至金D時，你為其他3位成員繳費排檢后，你可獲得另外4位免費的名額。
4. Terms & Conditions / 活動說明：
I. Free Health Screening Voucher will be given after all the package members who need to pay for the screening service, are making the appointment and settled the fee for the screening package.
需待自費名額預約排檢且繳費完成，方可贈送其他的免費名額。（免費名額安排的健檢日期不可早於付費名額）
II. The promotion can only be applied for the registered member in the package.
本優惠限卡內成員使用，且該成員不得同時為其他卡之卡內成員。
III. The Health Screening Service must be done in 4 month from the date of purchase.
排檢優惠之所有健檢包含延檢，需於買卡日或升等日前4個月內完成健檢，免費名額若逾期未使用將作廢。
IV. The promotion above is not entitled for any PV. （;Including the members who made the full payment for the Health Screening Service）;
凡於活動期間購買金卡或升等金卡者，參加本優惠，皆不提供排檢服務津貼。
V. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash and not valid for other promotions & offers.
